City Hall

Concept Design Narrative

The design of Pompano Beach’s new City Hall and accompanying parking deck represents a forward-looking investment in our community’s civic identity and infrastructure. Conceived as both a functional hub for municipal operations and a welcoming public landmark, the project integrates modern architectural principles with sustainability, accessibility, and long-term growth in mind. The City Hall will serve as the heart of civic engagement, while the parking deck provides convenient, efficient support for visitors, staff, and nearby downtown activity, together forming a cohesive civic campus that reflects the city’s values of transparency, efficiency, and community pride.
